We currently have immediate availability for both Private Pay and Medicaid Waiver residents, and all new move-ins will receive a free welcome basket, waived community fees, and a 12-month rate lock to make the transition even easier.
Current residents who refer a new move-in will receive a $100 Beauty Shop gift certificate (or service credit) plus a $250 rent concession (restrictions may apply).
